• Focus on improving the existing playing fields and hard courts throughout the constituency.
• Provide opportunities for improving academic and technical skills as tools for reducing crime.
• Collaborate with community organisations to facilitate sporting and other recreational activities among constituency members. This will include basketball, netball, volleyball, football and cricket competitions, athletic sports meets and road races.

• Continue to provide assistance to those who are in need, especially those families who received damage during Hurricanes Ivan and Emily.
• Improve housing stock in vulnerable areas on a continuous basis.

• Expand and improve the road network in the constituency to stimulate economic activity in communities, with particular focus on the main north-south thorough fare from Deco Service Station, Mt. Gay, to 1910 Point, Grand Etang.

• Encourage and lead a long term campaign to live healthier lifestyles.
• Collaborate with health workers and communities to strengthen primary health care in the constituency, and consequently improve the quality of care provided.
• Collaborate with the Ministry of Health to conduct health fairs in communities on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with the Ministry of Health, and external health facilities in providing services for persons who need overseas care for chronic health concerns.

• Work along with existing farmers organisations to improve conditions for the enhancement of agricultural programs, e.g., Food Security through diversification.
• Provide support to encourage all families to plant more food, fruits and flowers around the home, for domestic consumption and sharing.
• Work with the Ministry of Education to develop a practical application for agriculture tied in to the school academic syllabus. Utilize partnerships with model farms within the community.

• Collaborate with NAWASA to improve the water supply throughout the constituency especially in Mt.Parnassus and New Hampshire.
• Stimulate employment opportunities through small business development, e.g., through establishing independent cooperatives.
• Work with established businesses in the community to identify new opportunities for expansion & employment creation.

• Expanding pre-school and day-care services within communities.
• Collaborate with existing primary & secondary schools in the constituency to identify areas for improvement, and work on same.
